All citations written under state statutes are payable at the Court House in the Court Administrators Office located on the top floor.  You may also mail your payment to them at P.O. Box 130, Blue Earth, Minnesota 56013.  Some citations require a court appearance, you should contact the Court Administrators Office about this if you have any questions.  Their phone number is 507-526-6273.  Local citations written under City Ordinaces are payable to the city which it was written in, contact that City Office for Payment Instructions.  The Sheriff's Office can not accept paymanets for any fines.
